Terms and Conditions

1. Willinspire Ltd. use the latest digital technology but colours may vary in printing.

2. Quality of the final print is dependent on the original image supplied.

3. Willinspire Ltd. accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to any photograph or painting supplied to us.

4. Copyright or relevant permission MUST be obtained prior to submitting any images or photographs to Willinspire Ltd.

5. Orders will be processed on receipt of payment/cleared funds. Payment can be made by credit/debit cards, cheque or direct bank transfer, unless an agreed credit account has been created. Credit accounts must be applied for in writing with the supply of trade references and are granted at the discretion of Willinspire Ltd.

6. All goods remain the property of Willinspire Ltd. until full payment has been made with cleared funds. Willinspire Ltd. reserve the right to collect any unpaid for goods following 24 hour notice, in writing and/or email and/or fax.

7. You may not copy, reproduce, download, or make available to any other party or use web, or printed content, belonging to the company, in any way without prior written permission of Willinspire Ltd.

8. Production and delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed.

9. Product defects, damage and queries must be made to, Willinspire Ltd. within 48 hours or receipt of goods and confirmed in writing within 7 days.

10. Willinspire Ltd. create bespoke artwork to customer specifications and therefore will not accept returns of non-faulty goods.
